GEOTECHNICAL RECOMMENDATIONS: Recommendations from the project's <br />geotechnical investigation, as prepared by a California -licensed Geotechnical <br />Engineer or Certified Engineering Geologist, shall be incorporated into the design of <br />the improvements and/or explicitly noted on the plans. The author(s) of the <br />geotechnical investigation shall certify on the plans that the design complies with their <br />recommendations. During construction, the applicant must follow all <br />recommendations. <br />63. SUBDIVISION MAPS: The subdivision of land is governed by Pleasanton Municipal <br />Code Title 19, as well as the California Government Code §§66410- 66499.85 <br />(Subdivision Map Act). All maps are subject to review and approval by the City <br />Engineer. Recordation of the subdivision map shall be coordinated by the applicant's <br />title company, with one full-sized mylar copy of the recorded map returned to the <br />City. <br />The following statement shall be included on the cover sheet of the map: "I, [INSERT <br />NAME], City Engineer of the City of Pleasanton, County of Alameda, State of <br />California, do hereby state that I have examined the herein embodied map entitled <br />"[MAP NAME/NUMBER]" consisting of [NUMBER OF SHEETS] sheets, this statement <br />being on Sheet 1 thereof and that the tract map was presented to me as provided by <br />local ordinance. This map conforms with the requirements of the Subdivision Map Act <br />and of any local ordinances applicable at the time of approval of the tentative map, <br />and the subdivision as shown is substantially the same as it appeared on the tentative <br />map, if any, and any approved alterations thereof. The name of the subdivider is as <br />shown on the statement of owner upon this sheet." "[INSERT NAME], P.E., <br />Registration No. [INSERT], City Engineer, City of Pleasanton, County of Alameda, <br />State of California [SIGNATURE LINE], [DATE], [SPACE FOR STAMP]" (Address this <br />condition prior to map approval). <br />64. CITY CLERK'S STATEMENT: For final maps, the following statement shall be <br />included on the cover sheet of the map: "I, Jocelyn Kwong, City Clerk and Clerk of the <br />Council of the City of Pleasanton, County of Alameda, State of California, do hereby <br />state that this final map entitled ""[MAP NAME/NUMBER]" consisting of [NUMBER OF <br />SHEETS] sheets, this statement being on Sheet [NUMBER] thereof, was presented to <br />said Council of the City of Pleasanton, as provided by law at a regular meeting held on <br />the [DAY] day of [MONTH], [YEAR] and that said Council of the City of Pleasanton did <br />thereupon by motion duly passed and adopted at said meeting, approved said map <br />and accepted on behalf of the public all parcels of land and easements as offered for <br />dedication to the City of Pleasanton for public use in conformity with the terms of the <br />offer of dedication. The names of the subdividers are as shown on the Owner's <br />Statement upon Sheet <br />1. In witness whereof, I have hereunto set my hand this [DAY] day of [MONTH], <br />[YEAR].
