Evan will start work at one entrance point along Westbridge Lane and will track the
machine along the entire length of the trail included in this scope-of-work. As he goes
along the trail, he will add/correct drainage issues, reestablish proper outslope, establish
corridor and tread width, fill holes, and conduct general maintenance along the entire
length of the trail. Utilizing the photos provided, we have developed suggested repairs to
locations that need additional work; these suggestions will need to be verified during the
site visit and where multiple solutions are feasible, a preferred solution will be selected
during the site visit with staff. Numbered photos (Attachment A) and a corresponding
spreadsheet/maintenance key (Attachment B) call out suggested repairs that are beyond
regular maintenance.
The Pointe team would like to have a 30%, 60% and 90% check in with the client
representative/land manager to ensure maintenance goals and quality are being met
along the way. This will help the project remain on schedule, on budget, and will prevent
having to track the machine long stretches over completed work. The Pointe project
manager will be responsible for arranging this meeting after every 30% milestone or
roughly 1 mile of maintenance work.
Task 3: Final Walk Through
The Pointe team will meet the client representative/land manager on-site for a final walk
through following 90% completion. We will review the maintenance goals and make sure
that all locations and objectives have been completed and addressed by walking the
trail. Any final adjustments or work should be addressed at this time to ensure that the
client is satisfied with all work performed. The conclusion of this meeting will constitute
100% project completion; due to the multiple progress site visits, it is anticipated that only
minor work will be needed at this point.
Docusign Envelope ID: DC6BDBD2-15FB-4A32-AD1D-259624389679Docusign Envelope ID: 2462BFEF-7321-437F-941F-04E5906B4A10
