<br />3 <br /> <br /> <br />processing of the IS/MND. The expectation of Raney is that we will serve as environmental <br />consultants to the City, and will make ourselves available to assist the City to facilitate the <br />process. <br /> <br />Available Technical Reports <br />Raney understands that the following technical reports were prepared in 2008 for the PDR-804 <br />IS/ND and will be made available for use in the environmental analysis: <br /> <br />• Fault Exploration (March 2008) prepared by ENGEO; <br />• Geotechnical Report (May 2008) prepared by ENGEO; and <br />• Geologic and Geotechnical Peer Review (May 2008) prepared by Cotton, Shires & <br />Associates. <br /> <br />In addition, Raney understands a CBC Seismic Design Parameters Update report (January 2023) <br />was prepared by ENGEO, under contract with the applicant team. <br /> <br />Raney will internally review all applicant-provided technical reports to ensure all CEQA-related <br />issues are adequately and accurately addressed. <br /> <br />Applicant-Provided Technical Reports to be Peer Reviewed <br />Raney understands that BSK Associates, under contract with the City, will be conducting a <br />technical peer review of the four geotechnical-related reports outlined above. Raney anticipates <br />receiving the peer review for use in the CEQA analysis and understands that, based on the results <br />of the peer review, additional technical reports or updates to the existing technical reports may be <br />required. <br /> <br />Technical Reports to be Prepared by Raney and its Sub-Consultants <br />Raney proposes to subcontract with Monk & Associates (Monk) for the preparation of a <br />Biological Resources Report. <br /> <br />The air quality and GHG emissions analysis for the project will be prepared in-house by Raney’s <br />Air Quality Division led by Vice President/Air Quality Specialist, Rod Stinson, and Division <br />Manager/Air Quality Specialist, Angela DaRosa. All air quality and GHG studies are prepared <br />consistent with the regulations and requirements of CEQA, Assembly Bill (AB) 32, Senate Bill <br />(SB) 32, the Bay Area Air Quality Management District (BAAQMD), and the City of <br />Pleasanton. <br /> <br />TECHNICAL SCOPE OF SERVICES <br />Raney proposes to perform the following tasks for the provision of environmental consultation <br />services for the proposed project: <br /> <br />Task 1 Project Initiation <br />The objective of this task is to coordinate with the City of Pleasanton to confirm assumptions <br />regarding the proposed project and scope of work for the proposed project.
