SECTION 3. That the pass-through of DSRSD and the City of Livermore regional sewer <br /> rates to its customers is effective immediately and shall end on the next effective date for the <br /> pass-through as approved by Council action. <br /> SECTION 4. This resolution shall become effective upon its passage and adoption and <br /> shall be operative on September 19, 2023. <br /> SECTION 5.
