2.1 <br /> <br />2.2 <br /> <br />2.3 <br /> <br /> ARTICLE 2 <br />MAINTENANCE OF STREET LIGHTING <br /> <br />Areas for Street Liqhtinq Maintenance. The <br />Association shall maintain all street lighting within <br />the following areas: <br /> <br />2.1.1 <br /> <br />HoDyard Road. Hopyard Road from the Arroyo <br />Mocho Canal to Owens Drive, inclusive of <br />said intersections; <br /> <br />2.1.2 <br /> <br />Hacienda Business Park. Hacienda Business <br />Park as described in the Declaration; <br /> <br />2.1.3 West Las Positas Boulevard. The <br /> <br />described in Section 1.1.3 (including <br />lighting); and <br /> <br />area <br />area <br /> <br />2.1.4 <br /> <br />Santa Rita Road. Central medians for Santa <br />Rita Road between Pimlico Drive and Sutter <br />Gate Avenue, inclusive of said intersections. <br /> <br />Maintenance Requirements. The Association shall at <br />its sole expense maintain all street lighting within <br />the areas described in Section 2.1. Maintenance shall <br />include the payment of all charges for electrical <br />usage, all cost of ownership charges, if any, and the <br />care of all street lighting electroliers and bulbs, <br />including repair and replacement where necessary; <br />provided that the Association's obligations under this <br />section with respect to the area described in Section <br />2.1.1 shall not include the replacement or repair of <br />street lighting electroliers unless ownership of said <br />electroliers is conveyed to the Association or the <br />City. <br /> <br />Terms of Maintenance Obliqations. The Association's <br />obligations under Section 2.2 shall commence upon the <br />later of (i) the date of this agreement, or (ii) the <br />date upon which the City Council of the City accepts <br />ownership of the street improvements and other public <br />improvements under construction and shall continue <br />throughout the term of this agreement, unless <br />terminated as provided in Section 6.3. <br /> <br /> <br />
