PUD-134 <br /> Hopyard Road Shell/7-Eleven Redevelopment Initial Study and Negative Declaration <br /> would be the front of the store with public entry doors and storefront windows. The <br /> store's exterior finishes include tan-colored stucco with stone veneer wainscoting on <br /> the north and south sides. Metal trellises are proposed on the building's south and <br /> west elevations. The building would have a dark brown-colored composition shingle <br /> roof. Tower elements would be located at the east and west corners of the building. <br /> The store building would measure approximately 18 feet and 8 inches in height from <br /> grade to the top of the mansard roof and approximately 24 feet 6 inches in height <br /> from grade to the top of the towers. <br /> Carwash: The carwash building would match the exterior colors and materials of the <br /> convenience store building. The building would measure approximately 17 feet 10 <br /> inches in height from grade to the top of the mansard roof. <br /> Fuel Station Canopy: The new fuel station canopy would have a yellow-, white-, and <br /> red-colored fascia (Shell brand colors) with a dark brown colored composition <br /> shingle roof. Red-colored bands would be mounted on the fascia. The canopy <br /> columns would be tan-colored stucco with stone veneer at the bottom, matching <br /> the convenience store building. The four existing unleaded fuel pumps would be <br /> removed and replaced, and two diesel pumps would be added. The canopy would <br /> measure approximately 20 feet 8 inches in height from the grade to the top the <br /> mansard roof. <br /> Figures 2-5 on the following pages illustrate the proposed convenience store site <br /> plan, floor plan, elevations, and renderings, respectively. <br /> 8 <br />
