ATTACHMENT 1 <br /> RESOLUTION NO. <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> AMENDING THE MASTER FEE SCHEDULE TO UPDATE THE EXISTING LIBRARY <br /> AND RECREATION FEES <br /> WHEREAS, the existing fee schedule includes daily fines for overdue library materials; <br /> and <br /> WHEREAS, other fees listed are outdated or no longer current <br /> NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> PLEASANTON DOES RESOLVE, DECLARE, DETERMINE AND ORDER THE FOLLOWING: <br /> Section 1: Amends the Master Fee Schedule as follows: <br /> I —General and Administrative Fees <br /> D.
