Draft and Final Basis of Design Report. <br /> 2. Corrosion evaluation report of the buildings, piping mechanical, and electrical equipment for the <br /> Well 5,6,and 8 facilities. <br /> 3. Field assessment forms to document the conditions of Wells 5, 6,and 8.The field assessment <br /> information will be formatted such that it is compatible with a future asset management program. <br /> Task 4.0-Assumptions <br /> 1. The facility assessment,site visits,and O&M staff interviews of Wells 5,6 and 8 will be performed in <br /> two days. <br /> 2. The Well 5 and 8 pumps/casing were recently rehabilitated so the pump/casing does not need to be <br /> included in the condition assessment.Well 6 has not be rehabilitated and is included in the condition <br /> assessment.The condition assessment of Well 6 assumes a visual inspection from grade and the pump <br /> and/or well casing does not require removal. <br /> 3. City staff will be available to discuss the chemical systems operations. <br /> 4. City will review all major deliverables within 3 weeks of Carollo submitting the Draft deliverable. <br /> 5. In 2013,the Well 8 pump and motor were replaced.In addition,the well casing was rehabilitated. <br /> Therefore,pump and well casing inspections and capacity evaluations are not included in this scope of <br /> work. <br /> 6. Carollo will format the asset information such that it is compatible with a future asset management <br /> program. <br /> 8 <br />
