To:
Subject:
Ellen Holmgren
RE: Lund Ranch II
From: Alan Zeunen
Sent: Tuesday, November 17, 2015 7:23 AM
To: Mayor and City Council
Subject: Lund Ranch II
Hello Pleasanton City Council,
SUPPLEMENTAL MATERIAL
Provided to the City Council
After Distribution of Packet
1.1f7 -! -
Date
I am writing you in support of the Lund Ranch II project. I understand that you will be reviewing and making a decision
on the road out of the development over a greater than 25% slope to attach to Sunset Creek Way. The 25% slope has
been the issue and I do not believe that the intent of Proposition PP was to keep a road from being built. I voted for
Proposition PP, my vote and I'm sure others that voted for the proposition voted 'yes' to keep houses from being built
on the slopes around Pleasanton. My 'yes' vote was not intended to keep roads from being built.
The Lund Ranch property has been review so many times over the past years and I believe that the plan in front of the
Council has been vetted and planned to benefit the majority. I trust you will not allow a few residents that do not want
the road in their neighborhood to stop this well planned project. Sunset Creek Way is not and never was a cul -de -sac or
dead -end. The intent has always been to extend the road to future development.
Thank you for your time.
Alan Zeunen
6120 Sanctuary Lane
Click here to report this email as spam.
1
