Subject: FW: Lund Ranch II
Original Message
From: Gmail
Sent: Monday, November 16, 2015 10:13 PM
To: Mayor and City Council
Subject: Lund Ranch II
City Council,
SLIPPLEMEINTAL MATERIAL
Prwic:ecd to the City Council
After Distribution of Packet
Date
I have been a resident of Pleasanton for 22 years and have raised my children here. I live at 5756 Hanifen Way, formally
for 10 years at 725 Crystal Lane. You could say that we have lived on "both sides have of the fence" of the Lund Ranch II
issue.
It is logical that the traffic of these 10 homes should be routed through Lund Ranch Road. This has always been the way
we always thought of this upcoming development since we lived on Crystal Lane. It is a logical access for residents, fire
or any emergency and allows fast and direct access to Bernal Ave., a major artery of the city.
Secondly, Option 1, access through Lund Ranch Road is the only option that is complaint with PP. Measure PP was voted
by the residents of Pleasanton and is not to be interpreted on a case -by -case basis. It is a beautiful piece of property
and this development, proposed roads and supporting grading /elevations will ruin one of the last rural areas of
Pleasanton.
Please do the right thing and vote for option 1.
Thank you,
Pat Markle
1
