The EIR also noted that suitable and adequate <br />opportunities occur on site to accommodate these mitigation measures. <br />In summary, we believe the FEIR appropriately characterized the biological resources of the site <br />and region for all alternatives, provided an adequate analysis of the impacts from each option <br />(alternative), and provided feasible mitigation measures for all impacts. We also concur with the <br />findings of the FEIR that Option 1 is the environmentally superior alternative, but we also note <br />that the FEIR provided an adequate set of mitigation measures to reduce the incremental increase <br />in impacts from all other options to a less than significant level. <br />Take care, <br />Rick A.
