<br />r Chairperson Maas noted that the agenda had been received for the Civic Center Master Plan's <br />meeting on October 24, 2002, at 9:00 a.m. She would not be able to attend. <br /> <br />b. Actions of the City Council <br /> <br />In response to an inquiry by Chairperson Maas, Mr. Swift replied that the Green Building <br />Ordinance was continued because the Chamber of Commerce requested time to review it and <br />make comments. It was rescheduled for the November 19, 2002, City Council meeting, and the <br />Council believed that the Chamber's input was important. <br /> <br />Commissioner Sullivan noted that after the meeting, he and Wendy Sommer met with the <br />President-Elect of the Chamber, and volunteered to attend the informational meeting. He had not <br />yet been informed of the date. <br /> <br />c. Actions of the Zoning Administrator <br /> <br />No action taken. <br /> <br />9.
