Commissioner Kameny moved to approve Map 6951 and PUD-99-03-1M as recommended by staff, with the additional condition to include the minor modifications requiring two houses to be fully photovoltaic. The photovoltaic lots would be determined between staff and the applicant. The other lots will offer the purchaser the option to be fully photovoltaic, or to be wired for photovoltaics. These options would be resolved by staff and the applicant by the Final Map. Condition 20 would be deleted as it pertained to the overhead utilities serving existing homes. There was no second. Mr. McDonald wished to clarify whether the Commission was accepting his basic suggestion that whoever does the Final Map had the option of the Condition 7 as currently worded, or to build two fully photovoltaic houses with the option for other buyers to build photo voltaic houses as well.
