He believed that would reduce the massing and <br />visual impact from offsite. <br /> <br />Commissioner Sullivan noted that he was troubled by the issue ofthe house height, and <br />was very concerned about the appearance from offsite. <br /> <br />Commissioner Kameny moved to approve Map 6951 and PUD-99-03-1M as <br />recommended by staff, with the additional condition to include the minor <br />modifications requiring two houses to be fully photovoltaic. The photovoltaic lots <br />would be determined between staff and the applicant. The other lots will offer the <br />purchaser the option to be fully photovoltaic, or to be wired for photovoltaics. These <br />options would be resolved by staff and the applicant by the Final Map. Condition 20 <br />would be deleted as it pertained to the overhead utilities serving existing homes. <br /> <br />There was no second.
