After the meeting had been called to order
again, Councilman Rivolta of the finance committee reported that the committee had
examined and approved the claims and made a motion to the affect that they be paid. His
motion was seconded by Councilman Amaral. Councilman Madsen voted in favor of all of
the claims except.Claim No- 359 P:G.&E. Co. 58X'and Claim No. 361- P.G.&E.Co. 50¢. He
was anxious to have the Clerk secure information on-these two bills and if same were._
satisfactory that they be paid. It was reported that the Uouncil had not met during the past month
to investigate the condition of the slopewall, but that the individual members of the
Council had given the matter consideration. Accordingly, it was understood from the
reports of the members who had looked over the property that IVIr.
