<br />The Town Council'of the Town of Pleasanton was called to order at 7:30
<br />o'e:lock in special session on the above written date with Mayor Thomas Orloff
<br />presiding. Present at roll call were Councilman R-ivolta, Amaral, Olsen,
<br />and Orloff. Absent Councilman Madsen.
<br />Mayor Orloff 6tated that the meeting had been call to consider removal
<br />of certain black Walnuttrees within the city limits and about whibh a petition
<br />had been redeived at the February lst meetinga.and which at that time the
<br />Council* had ordered that a list of various trees to be taken out and the
<br />property owners considered had been ordered filed.
<br />The Mayor xMtrt eyed stated that such a list had been received. After due
<br />discussion on the matter it was o'tdered on motion of Conccilm'an Rivolta and
<br />seconded by Councilman Olsen ath any citizen wishing to remove any trees from
<br />in front of his property he should petition the Council, stating the reason
<br />f od same and requesting the necessary application'from the Council.. The
<br />Clerk was ordered 'to notify those property owners whosenames appeared on the
<br />list submitted.with reference to the action of the Council.
<br />There being'noffurther business the meeting,adjourned at 8 o'elock to
<br />meet in regular :sess on, Monday Wening, March 1st at 7:30 o•clock.
