1 <br />MINUTES <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />REGULAR CITY COUNCIL MEETING <br />March 3, 2009 <br />CALL TO ORDER <br />Mayor Hosterman called the regular meeting to order at the hour of 7:00 p.m. Councilmember <br />McGovern led in the Pledge of Allegiance and provided the introductory remarks. <br />ROLL CALL <br />Present: Councilmembers Cook-Kallio, McGovern, Sullivan, Thorne, Mayor Hosterman <br />Absent: None <br />AGENDA AMENDMENTS -None <br />CONSENT CALENDAR <br />Administrative Services <br />1. Approved as submitted regular meeting minutes of January 20, 2009, February 6, 2009 and <br />special meeting minutes of January 27, 2009 <br />Community Development <br />2. Accepted actions of the Zoning Administrator and Planning Commission <br />3. Accepted public improvements for Tract 7255, Augustin Knolls (Greenbriar Homes) and <br />authorized the City Clerk to file a Notice of Completion; accepted $915,000 from BIC in lieu of <br />constructing the remaining Bernal Avenue improvements and authorized release of bonds for <br />the improvements upon receipt of said funds; authorized the City Manager to accept Parcel J <br />of Tract 7255 in fee title by separate instrument <br />4. Approved and authorized the City Manager to enter into a consultant agreement with AMS <br />Consulting in the amount of $42,380 to conduct a pavement condition survey for the City's <br />Pavement Management System, CIP 085021 <br />5. Approved and authorized the City Manager to enter into a professional services agreement in <br />the amount not to exceed $65,000 with Jerry Iserson for consulting services for the <br />preparation of a planned unit development modification, revised development plan, and <br />related work for Hacienda Business Park <br />6. Waived second reading and adopted Ordinance No. 1987 approving the application for <br />Planned Unit Development (PUD) development plan approval to construct 110 detached <br />single-family homes for residents aged 55 and older at 1 Reimers Drive in the Ironwood <br />Development "' McGovern/Sullivan voted no <br />7. Waived second reading and adopted Ordinance No. 1988 approving the application to <br />rezone an approximately 7,500-square-foot parcel located at 344 and 346 West Angela Street <br />from the RM-1,500 (Multiple-Family Residential) District to the PUD-HDR (Planned Unit <br />
