PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLUTION N0. 218 <br />The Tentative Subdivision Map for Tract No. 2473, as modified, having <br />come before this Commission as provided by Ordinance No. 358, is <br />hereby approved, with the following modifications and conditions: <br />1. Modifications to Ordinance No. 358 es _provided by Article 9 <br />a. Modified Section 7.14(8) in order to allow a lot depth in <br />excess of three times the width on the north side of Mission <br />Drive. <br />b. Modified Section 7.04 in order to allow the property line <br />radius on cul -de -sacs to be 90 feet rather than 100 feet <br />in order to fit the street cross- section. <br />2. CondOtosip efAlapreval of Tentative MO <br />a. ounda*y to be as shown in green (codified) on Exhibit "A" <br />of the City Engineer's Report to the Planning Commission <br />dated April 30, 1963. <br />b. Street classifications to be as follows: <br />(1) Pleasanton-Sunol Road - Major thoroughfare with <br />frontage road, Type B, frontage road width increased <br />to provide 33 feet between curbs - for frontage shown <br />on Tentative Nap. <br />(2) Pleasanton - Sunol Road - Major thoroughfare - for <br />frontage shown on map. <br />(3) Mission Drive - Pleasanton-Sunol Road to Dolores - <br />Secondary Thoroughfare. <br />(4) Mission Drive - Dolores to Sonoma - Residential <br />Collector, Type A. <br />(5) Mission Drive is Sonoma to revised boundary - Minor <br />Residential. <br />(6) Dolores Street .-Mission to tract boundary - Resi- <br />dential Collector, -Type B. <br />(7), Capistrano Street - Residential Collector, Type A. <br />(8) Sonoma Street - Pleasanton - Sunol Road to San Carlos <br />Way - Industrial or Commercial Service Street. <br />(9) Sonoma Street - San Carlos to Mission - Residential <br />Collector, Type B. <br />(10) San Antonio Drive - Residential Collector, Type B. <br />(11) San Jose Drive - Minor Residential, Type B. <br />(12) San Gabriel Court - Minor Residential, Type B. <br />(13) San Juan Drive - Minor Residential, Type B. <br />(14) San Luis Court - Minor Residential, Type B. <br />(15) San C -rlos Way - Residential Collector, Type A. Lots <br />backing up to cemetery to be shortened to accommodate <br />increased street width. <br />c. Change street names as shown on map as follows: <br />(1) Dolores Street to Dolores Drive. <br />(2) Sonoma Street to Sonoma Drive. <br />(3) San Juan Drive to San Juan Way. <br />(4) San Carlos Way to San Carlos Drive. <br />(5) San Antonio Drive to San Antonio Street. <br />(6) Pleasanton Boulevard to Sunol Boulevard. <br />
