PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON COUNTY OF ALAMEDA STATE OF CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 1933 A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF THE MITIGATED NEGATIVE DECLARATION FOR DOROTHY JOHNSON AS FILED UNDER CASE PUD-80-13. WHEREAS, Dorothy N. Johnson has applied to rezone from the R-1-6500 (Single-Family Residential) District to the PUD (Planned Unit Development-Medium Density Residential) District an approximately 10 acre site located on the south side of Vineyard Avenue approximately 120 feet west of Pico Avenue; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission held a public hearing on January 14, 1981 at which time all pertinent documents and testimony were reviewed; and WHEREAS, said proposal was based upon an Initial Study done pursuant to the Environmental Impact Guidelines and Procedures adopted by the City Council of the City of Pleasanton by Resolution No. 77-66; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission, at its meeting of January 14, 1981 received the Initial Study and proposed Mitigated Negative Declaration in a report from the Director of Planning and Community Development dated January 14, 1981 regarding the aforementioned project; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission was advised by the City Attorney of its responsibilities in reviewing the proposed Negative Declaration and the determinations required by Section 5.4 (e) of Resolution No. 77-66; and WHEREAS, each member of the Planning Commission had before him/her copies of Resolution No. 77-66 at the time of considering the proposed Negative Declaration and Initial Study; and WHEREAS, the public was afforded an opportunity to comment on the proposed environmental assessment, which had previously been published in the Pleasanton Times, at the time of the public hearing on the aforementioned project; and WHEREAS, upon receipt of the staff report and public input, the Planning Commission reviewed the provisions of the City's Guidelines and Processing Procedures for the evaluation - of projects and preparation of Environmental Impact Reports
