PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. PC-87-14 RESOLUTION APPROVING TRACT 5746 FOR Combs/bas Homes WHEREAS, Robert Combs and bas Homes have applied to subdivide an approximately five acre site into seven parcels for single-family residential use, ranging in size from approximately 19,300 sq. ft. to approximately 40,400 sq. ft. located on the south side of Cameron Drive, approximately 500 feet west of the intersection of Martin Avenue and Cameron Drive; and WHEREAS, zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit Development) - Low Density Residential District; and WHEREAS, a Negative Declaration was prepared for the PUD development plan approval for the subject property. The tentative map is in conformance with that development plan and subdivision of the property was included within the scope of that Negative Declaration, therefore no other environment assessment need be done at this time; and WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of February 25, 1987 the Planning Commission considered all public testimony, relevant exhibits and recommendations of the City staff concerning this project; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission finds that Tract 5746 conforms to the General Plan of the City of Pleasanton. NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. Approves the application to subdivide an approximately five acre site into seven parcels for single-family residential use as herein described subject to the following conditions: 1. That the development shall substantially conform to the exhibit, Tentative Tract 5746, on file with the Planning Department. 2. That the development is subject to all conditions of approval for PUD-86-15. 3. That the lean-to on the western side of the northernmost barn shall be removed prior to the recordation of the final map. - 1 -
