Resolution N0. PC-87-14 <br />2/25/87 <br />That the developer post a bond with the City to <br />ensure removal of the house on Lots 2 and 3. The <br />house must be removed within 30 days of the time a <br />building permit is finalled for a house on Lot 5. <br />5. That no building permits be finalled on or any <br />occupancy take place in the new houses on Lots 2 <br />and 3 before the existing house is removed. <br />6. That the full width and length of Nicole Avenue, as <br />shown on Tentative Maps 5746 and 5736, be <br />constructed with this project; the developer shall <br />be eligible for reimbursement for one-half the cost <br />of the road at the time the developer of Tract 5736 <br />files a final map. <br />7. That the developer shall construct, to the <br />satisfaction of the City Engineer, the extension of <br />Nicole Avenue westward to Equestrian Drive in <br />conjunction with this project. The developer shall <br />be eligible for reimbursement for one-half the cost <br />of the road at the time the developer of Tract 5736 <br />files a final map. This condition could also be <br />satisfied if revised improvement plans for Tract <br />5746 detailing the street extension from Equestrian <br />Drive to the western terminus of Nicole Avenue are <br />received and approved by the City Engineer prior to <br />a filing of a final map on Tract 5746. <br />8. That approval of this case is subject to all <br />conditions contained in the report from the City <br />Engineer, attached hereto and made part of this <br />case by reference. <br />Section 2.
