Resolution N0. PC-87-14 2/25/87 That the developer post a bond with the City to ensure removal of the house on Lots 2 and 3. The house must be removed within 30 days of the time a building permit is finalled for a house on Lot 5. 5. That no building permits be finalled on or any occupancy take place in the new houses on Lots 2 and 3 before the existing house is removed. 6. That the full width and length of Nicole Avenue, as shown on Tentative Maps 5746 and 5736, be constructed with this project; the developer shall be eligible for reimbursement for one-half the cost of the road at the time the developer of Tract 5736 files a final map. 7. That the developer shall construct, to the satisfaction of the City Engineer, the extension of Nicole Avenue westward to Equestrian Drive in conjunction with this project. The developer shall be eligible for reimbursement for one-half the cost of the road at the time the developer of Tract 5736 files a final map. This condition could also be satisfied if revised improvement plans for Tract 5746 detailing the street extension from Equestrian Drive to the western terminus of Nicole Avenue are received and approved by the City Engineer prior to a filing of a final map on Tract 5746. 8. That approval of this case is subject to all conditions contained in the report from the City Engineer, attached hereto and made part of this case by reference. Section 2. This resolution shall become effective 15 days after its passage and adoption.
