PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. PC-87-21 <br />RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF PUD-86-18 FOR <br />OAKRIDGE PROPERTIES/VALLEY MEDICAL ASSOCIATES <br />WHEREAS, Oakridge Properties/Valley Medical Associates has <br />applied for development plan approval to construct an <br />approximately 47,720 sq. ft. retail commercial center to <br />be located on an approximately 3.8 acre site located at <br />the southeast corner of the intersection of West Las <br />Positas Boulevard and Santa Rita Road; and <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit <br />Development) - Commercial District; and <br />WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of March 11, 1987 <br />the Planning Commission considered all public testimony, <br />relevant exhibits and recommendations of the City staff <br />concerning this application; <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission recommended approval of the <br />Negative Declaration prepared for this project; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission found this Planned Unit <br />Development to be in conformance with the General Plan <br />of the City of Pleasanton. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. The Planning Commission recommends approval of Case <br />PUD-86-18, application of Oakridge Properties/Valley <br />Medical Associates for development plan approval to <br />construct an approximately 47,720 sq. ft. retail <br />commercial center to be located on an approximately 3.8 <br />acre site located at the southeast corner of the <br />intersection of West Las Positas Boulevard and Santa <br />Rita Road subject to the following conditions: <br />1. That the development be substantially as shown <br />on the site plan, building elevations, sign <br />design and landscape plan, Exhibit A, on file <br />with the Planning Department, except as <br />modified herein. <br />2. That the final design of the major tenant building <br />storefront be submitted for review by the Planning <br />Director prior to the issuance of any building permits. <br />3. That a 6 ft. high automatically closing wrought iron <br />gate and fence be installed at each end of the alleyway, <br />- 1 - <br />
