PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION N0. PC-87-25 WHEREAS, Jennifer and Frederic Lin have applied to subdivide an approximately 230 acre site into 215 parcels, ranging in size from approximately 2,700 square feet to RESOLUTION APPROVING TRACT 5721 APPLICATION OF JENNIFER AND FREDERIC LIN approximately 47,000 square feet, located generally south and east of the intersection of Bernal Avenue and Kottinger Drive; and WHEREAS, zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit Development)-Low Density Residential/Medium Density Residential/Open Space District; and WHEREAS, d 1 ticed ublic hearing of March 11, 1986, relevant at their u y no p after considering all public testimony, exhibits and recommendations of the City Planning Commission found the tentative proposed to be in conformance with the PUD plan approved in October 1984 (PUD-84-5) General Plan of the City of Pleasanton; and staff, the tract map development and the WHEREAS, a Negative Declaration was prepared for the rezoning and development plan approval affecting this site. Subdivision of the property was included within the scope of that environmental document. Therefore, no further environmental review was done in conjunction with the subdivision application. NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. Approves vested Tentative Map 5721, application of Jennifer and Frederic Lin as herein described subject to the following conditions: 1. That, except as modified by these conditions, the development shall be substantially as shown on vesting Tentative Map Tract 5721 on file with the Planning Department. That proposed street names for the project shall be submitted to the Planning Department for review and approval prior to the recordation of the final map. That Parcel E shall be shown on the final map including this land as an unbuildable remainder parcel otherwise merged with the adjoining lands to the east. - 1 -
