PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION N0. PC-87-25 <br />WHEREAS, Jennifer and Frederic Lin have applied to subdivide an <br />approximately 230 acre site into 215 parcels, ranging in <br />size from approximately 2,700 square feet to <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING TRACT 5721 APPLICATION OF JENNIFER <br />AND FREDERIC LIN <br />approximately 47,000 square feet, located generally <br />south and east of the intersection of Bernal Avenue and <br />Kottinger Drive; and <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit <br />Development)-Low Density Residential/Medium Density <br />Residential/Open Space District; and <br />WHEREAS, <br />d 1 ticed ublic hearing of March <br />11, 1986, <br />relevant <br />at their u y no p <br />after considering all public testimony, <br />exhibits and recommendations of the City <br />Planning Commission found the tentative <br />proposed to be in conformance with the PUD <br />plan approved in October 1984 (PUD-84-5) <br />General Plan of the City of Pleasanton; and <br />staff, the <br />tract map <br />development <br />and the <br />WHEREAS, a Negative Declaration was prepared for the rezoning and <br />development plan approval affecting this site. <br />Subdivision of the property was included within the <br />scope of that environmental document. Therefore, no <br />further environmental review was done in conjunction <br />with the subdivision application. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. Approves vested Tentative Map 5721, application of <br />Jennifer and Frederic Lin as herein described subject to <br />the following conditions: <br />1. That, except as modified by these conditions, the <br />development shall be substantially as shown on <br />vesting Tentative Map Tract 5721 on file with the <br />Planning Department. <br />That proposed street names for the project shall be <br />submitted to the Planning Department for review and <br />approval prior to the recordation of the final map. <br />That Parcel E shall be shown on the final map <br />including this land as an unbuildable remainder <br />parcel otherwise merged with the adjoining lands to <br />the east. <br />- 1 - <br />
