ROLL CALL <br /> <br />Staff Members Present: Donna Decker, Principal Planner; Julie Harryman, Assistant City <br />Attorney; Wes Jost, Development Services Manager; Steve Otto, <br />Associate Planner; Jenny Soo, Associate Planner; Leslie Mendez, <br />Assistant Planner; and Cory Emberson, Recording Secretary. <br /> <br />Commissioners Present: Commissioners Phil Blank, Anne Fox, Kathy Narum, Greg <br />O’Connor, Arne Olson, and Jennifer Pearce. <br /> <br />Commissioners Absent: None. <br /> <br />2. APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br /> <br /> <br />a.
