PLANNING COMMISSION <br />Pleasanton, California <br />RESOLUTION NO. 1402 <br />A RESOLUTION GRANTING APPLICATION NO. UP-75-28 FOR A <br />CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR A SWIMMING POOL SALES AND <br />SERVICE BUILDING AND FACILITIES AT THE SOUTHWEST CORNER <br />OF BROCKTON AND PIMLICO DRIVES, IN THE C-F (COMMERCIAL <br />FREEWAY) DISTRICT. <br />WHEREAS, Royal Pools of Santa Clara, Inc., has applied for <br />a conditional use permit to develop a swimming pool sales and <br />service building at the southwest corner of Brockton and Pimlico <br />Drives in the City of Pleasanton; and <br />WHEREAS, the applicant has previously applied for and <br />received an ordinance amendment in relation to this use; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission held a public hearing on <br />(April 14, 1976, heard testimony, and received the staff report. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF <br />~PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. The Planning Commission makes the following <br />(findings in regards to application UP-75-28: <br />A. That the proposed location of the conditional use is <br />in accord with the objectives of Chapter 2, Title II <br />of the Ordinance Code of the City of Pleasanton and <br />the purposes of the district in which the site is <br />located. <br />B. That the proposed location of the conditional use and <br />the conditions under which it would be operated or <br />maintained will not be detrimental to the public <br />health, safety, or welfare, or materially injurious <br />to the properties or improvements in the vicinity. <br />C. That the proposed conditional use will comply with each <br />of the applicable provisions of Chapter 2, Title II <br />of the Ordinance Code of the City of Pleasanton. <br />Section 2. The Planning Commission approves application <br />UP-75-28, subject to the following conditions: <br />1. That approval of UP-75-28 is conditioned upon the ap- <br />proval of Z-75-182. <br />2. That the developer submit a building permit survey and <br />a site development plan in accordance with the Survey <br />Ordinance (Article 3, Chapter 3, Title II), and that <br />these plans be approved by the Director of Engineering <br />Services prior to the issuance of a building permit. <br />
