PLANNING COMMISSION <br />City of Pleasanton <br />RESOLUTION NO. 1408 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON MAKING THE FINDING THAT CHANGES <br />TO THE RECREATIONAL VEHICLE STORAGE YARD LOCATED <br />IMMEDIATELY NORTHEAST OF THE INTERSECTION OF MAYWOOD <br />DRIVE AND STONEDALE DRIVE IN TRACT 3150 ARE IN <br />SUBSTANTIAL CONFORMANCE WITH PUD-69-5. <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission upon objection from <br />adjacent homeowners established a committee comprising of <br />members of said interested affected groups and City repre- <br />sentatives who met on March 18, 1976, to review all infor- <br />mation pertaining to said storage yard; and <br />WHEREAS, the information from that meeting was trans- <br />mitted to the Commission members at their April 14, 1976 <br />meeting; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission reviewed other <br />possible locations for the yard and weighed all pertinent <br />documented material and factors; and <br />WHEREAS, methods for making the storage yard more com- <br />patible with the surrounding area were investigated by the <br />Planning Commission. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLVES AS <br />FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. The Planning Commission hereby makes the <br />finding that the present location of the recreational vehicle <br />storage yard at the northeast intersection of Maywood Drive <br />and Stonedale Drive in Tract 3150 is the best location for <br />the facility. <br />Section 2. The Planning Commission approves the location <br />of the recreational vehicle yard subject to the following <br />conditions: <br />1. That the driveway entrance be relocated to the <br />north end of the yard. <br />2. That the hose bib and wash rack be removed, <br />leaving only the drain. <br />
