3. That the setback between the sidewalk and the <br />storage yard be 10 feet wide. <br />4. That the storage yard be bordered on the west and <br />south by a 6 foot high solid wooden fence meeting <br />City standards. <br />5. That the area between the sidewalk and the fence <br />be densely planted with fast growing trees and <br />shrubs and an irrigation system installed for <br />maintenance of the landscaping. <br />6. That where possible, the lengths of the parking <br />spaces be varied in order to obtain the greatest <br />number of spaces and greatest maneuverability within <br />the lot and that design of the interior of the yard <br />be left to the developer and townhouse homeowners <br />association. <br />Section 3. The Planning Commission makes the finding <br />that the design modifications to the recreational vehicle <br />storage yard would allow it to remain in substantial con- <br />formance with PUD-69-5. <br />Section 4.
