PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION N0. 1485 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION <br />MAKING THE DETERMINATION THAT THE REQUEST <br />OF SUNSET POOLS TO INSTALL A DISPLAY SWIP4- <br />MING POOL IN FRONT OF THEIR OFFICES AT 4377 <br />FIRST STREET, WOULD REQUIRE A CONDITIONAL <br />USE IN THE C (COMMERCIAL) DISTRICT UNDER <br />THE "SWIMMING POOL SALES AND SERVICE" <br />CATEGORY <br />WHEREAS, the Design Review Board on December 8, 1976, reviewed <br />an application from Sunset Pools to install a display <br />pool in front of their office at 4377 First Street; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, the Design Review Board continued this item pending <br />resolution of the question whether the addition of <br />the display pool would so modify the use of the site <br />so that the use would no longer fit in the category <br />of "administrative, business and professional offices," <br />the category in which a sales office use normally is <br />included; and <br />WHEREAS, this matter was reviewed by the Planning Commission on <br />January 12, 1977, at which time all pertinent informa- <br />tion and testimony from the applicant was reviewed <br />by the Commissioners along with an opinion from the <br />City Attorney's Office. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the Planning Commission of the City of Pleasanton <br />resolves as follows: <br />Section 1. The Planning Commission makes the finding that the <br />addition of a display pool to the existing swimming <br />pool sales offices, at 4377 First Street, would remove <br />
