The Planning Commission determines that a swimming <br />pool sales office with display pool is deemed to be <br />in the category of "swimming pool sales and service" of <br />Section 2-7.08 (a) of the Zoning Code as the proposed <br />use is most similar to the uses in that category. <br />Therefore, the addition of the display pool in the <br />C-C (Central Commercial) District requires a condi- <br />tional use permit. <br />Section 3.
