PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 1486 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY <br />OF PLEASANTON APPROVING TENTATIVE TRACT MAP #3787. <br />WHEREAS, an application was received from Dean Wagerman to con- <br />vert 42 apartment units located at 4327-4421 Fairlands <br />Drive to condominiums, said application filed under <br />Tentative Tract 3787; and <br />WHEREAS, a hearing was scheduled before the Planning Commission <br />on January 12, 1977, at which time pertinent maps, docu- <br />ments and testimony were received, and made the finding <br />that no negative (findings) were made which would cause <br />the Commission to deny this tentative tract map. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the Planning Commission resolves as follows: <br />'Section 1. The Planning Commission approves this application <br />subject to the following conditions: <br />1. That the development be substantially as shown on <br />Exhibit A, Tentative Map 3787 on file with the <br />Planning Department. <br />2. That the applicant submit proposed conditions, <br />covenants and restrictions; bylaws, and budget to <br />the City Attorney's office for review and approval; <br />City Attorney shall submit said documents to Planning <br />Commission for comments prior to his approval. <br />3. That the developer meet all requirements of the <br />Fire Prevention Bureau as stipulated in the Memo- <br />randum, dated 12-5-75, attached hereto and made <br />a part of this case by reference, prior to approval <br />of the final map. <br />4. That the exteriors of all 7 buildings be completely <br />repainted prior to approval of the final map. <br />5. That asphalt and concrete areas be repaired where <br />necessary prior to approval of the final map and <br />that such repairs be satisfactory to the Director <br />of Engineering Services. <br />
