6. That, where necessary throughout the site, the <br />trees and shrubs be pruned and weeding be done in <br />order to bring the landscaping into a good state <br />of maintenance and that the applicant enter into <br />an agreement with the City, approved by the City <br />Attorney, which guarantees that the landscaping <br />included in the project will be maintained in a <br />healthful, attractive and weedfree manner. Said <br />agreement shall be recorded and run with the land <br />for the duration of the existence of the structures <br />located on said property. <br />7. That the applicant submit two (2) prints of the <br />final subdivision map for condominium purposes <br />and a copy of the title report to the Director <br />of Engineering Services for review and approval. <br />8. That the developer cause the final subdivision <br />map to be recorded. <br />g. That the developer furnish a reproducible mylar <br />copy of the recorded map to the City. <br />10. That all on-site storm drains be repaired by the <br />developer to the satisfaction of the Director of <br />Engineering Services. <br />11. That the developer furnish the City with a repro- <br />ducible copy of the as-built utility plan for the <br />development prior to approval of the final map. <br />12. That any damage to street improvements now existing <br />or done during construction on the subject property <br />be repaired at full expense to the developer. <br />13.
