6. That, where necessary throughout the site, the trees and shrubs be pruned and weeding be done in order to bring the landscaping into a good state of maintenance and that the applicant enter into an agreement with the City, approved by the City Attorney, which guarantees that the landscaping included in the project will be maintained in a healthful, attractive and weedfree manner. Said agreement shall be recorded and run with the land for the duration of the existence of the structures located on said property. 7. That the applicant submit two (2) prints of the final subdivision map for condominium purposes and a copy of the title report to the Director of Engineering Services for review and approval. 8. That the developer cause the final subdivision map to be recorded. g. That the developer furnish a reproducible mylar copy of the recorded map to the City. 10. That all on-site storm drains be repaired by the developer to the satisfaction of the Director of Engineering Services. 11. That the developer furnish the City with a repro- ducible copy of the as-built utility plan for the development prior to approval of the final map. 12. That any damage to street improvements now existing or done during construction on the subject property be repaired at full expense to the developer. 13. That those renting apartments in the complex at the time these units go on the market be given first chance to purchase the condominiums.
