PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON COUNTY OF ALAMEDA RESOLUTION NO. 1487 A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON MAKING THE FINDING THAT THE ENVIRON- MENTAL IMPACT REPORT PREPARED FOR PUD-76-3, CREEKS BEND, MEETS THE REQUIREMENTS OF CEQA. WHEREAS, Morrison Homes has applied for a planned unit develop- ment for their property located on the south side of the Del Valle Parkway immediately east of Hopyard Road; and WHEREAS, the environmental impact report prepared for two pre- vious submittals for this property has been modified to apply to this proposal; and WHEREAS, modifications added to allow the report to apply to this development were Volume II of the report, re- visions dated June, 1976, and newly adopted energy conservation home program requirements from P.G.&E. which became effective in 1976; and WHEREAS, the planned unit development was scheduled to be re- viewed by the Planning Commission on February 9, 1977; and WHEREAS, prior to review of the development itself on that same date, the Planning Commission reviewed the environmental impact report with required modifications; and (WHEREAS, they considered the sufficiency of the F.IR, the proposed mitigation measures, studied the adverse impacts identi- fied in the EIR, and identified the boundaries of the area significantly affected if significant effects were found; and
