PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON COUNTY OF ALAMEDA STATE OF CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 1488 A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RECOMMENDING TO THE CITY COUNCIL APPROVAL OF A PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT FOR MORRISON HOMES, CREEKS BEND. Morrison Homes has applied for a planned unit development for that property located on the south side of the Del Valle Parkway immediately east of Hopyard Road; and two previous submittals were filed for this property, and a public hearing was held on February 9, 1977, for this most recent submittal; and EREAS, at that hearing pertinent testimony, documents, maps and reports were reviewed by the Planning Commission; and the Planning Commission made the finding that the proposal is in conformance with the General Plan, and the with the requirements of the Planned Unit Develop- ment ordinance. NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: 1. The Planning Commission recommends to the City Council the adoption of PUD-76-3, subject to the following conditions: 1. That the development be substantially as shown on the development plan, Exhibit A, and Home Elevations, Exhibit B, on file with the Planning Department. 2. That the developer's contractor obtain an encroach- ment permit from the city prior to the beginning of construction. 3. That the site be kept free of fire hazards from the start of construction to final inspection and that the Fire Division emergency number be provided adjacent to all telephones on the site.
