PLANNING COMMISSION <br />City of Pleasanton <br />RESOLUTION N0. 1389 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION <br />OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON APPROVING A CON- <br />DOMINIUM CONVERSION FOR TENTATIVE TRACT 3701. <br />WHEREAS, the application of Don Dormer to allow the con- <br />version of an existing 18-unit apartment complex to condominiums <br />fat 3405-33 Norton Way, known as Tentative Tract 3701, has come <br />before this Commission; and <br />WHEREAS, the property is zoned RM-1500 (Multiple Residential) <br />District; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has held a hearing on this <br />application and has examined pertinent maps, drawings and docu- <br />~ments; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has made the finding that <br />said conversion would not be detrimental to the health, safety <br />hand welfare of future residents. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION DOES HEREBY RESOLVE <br />IAS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. The Planning Commission approves said Tentative <br />Tract 3701, conversion to condominiums of units located at 3405-33 <br />Norton Way, Pleasanton, subject to the following conditions: <br />1. That the methods of servicing utilities be approved <br />by all concerned utility companies prior to final <br />subdivision map approval. <br />2. That all gates around the swimming pool be made self- <br />closing and maintained in that manner. <br />3. That the asphalt to the rear of the southern driveway <br />be repaired and that this repair be done in such a ma. <br />that the asphalt will support the weight of a trash <br />collection truck. <br />4. That the light fixture over the southwesternmost car- <br />port be repaired. <br />5. That the rear column between the third and fourth <br />carports from the street on the south side of the <br />building be repaired. <br />
