6. That the cover for the house service panel for apart- <br />ments No. 7 and No. 8 be replaced and repaired. <br />7. That the "For Rent" A-frame sign located at the front <br />of the building be removed. <br />8. That those renting apartments in the complex at the <br />time these units go on the market be given first chance <br />to purchase said units. <br />9. That the City be made aware of the location of all water <br />lines, sewer lines and other utilities on the subject <br />site prior to approval of a final subdivision map for <br />the property. <br />Section 2.
