PLANNING COMMISSION <br />City of Pleasanton <br />RESOLUTION N0. 1397 <br />A RESOLUTION GRANTING APPROVAL OF UP-76-4, <br />A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT IN THE C-C (CENTRAL <br />COMMERCIAL) DISTRICT. <br />WHEREAS, the applicant, Pleasanton Glass Company, has <br />applied for a Conditional Use Permit to conduct a glass business <br />in the C-C (Central-Commercial) District; and <br />WHEREAS, the Commission received a staff report, conducted <br />a public hearing, heard testimony, and examined pertinent docu- <br />ments, maps and drawings on March 10, 1976; and <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. Subject to the conditions below, the Commission <br />adopts the following findings: <br />1. That the proposed location of the conditional use is <br />in accord with the objectives of this chapter and <br />the purposes of the district in which the site is <br />located. <br />2. That the proposed location of the conditional use and <br />the conditions under which it would be operated or <br />maintained will not be detrimental to the public <br />health, safety or welfare, or materially injurious <br />to the properties or improvements in the vicinity. <br />3. That the proposed conditional use will comply with <br />each of the applicable provisions of this chapter. <br />Section 2. The Commission, therefore, approves the con- <br />ditional use of a glass business subject to the following <br />conditions: <br />1. That approval of this case is conditioned upon the <br />approval by Design Review Board of Case Z-76-20. <br />2. That any damage done to street improvements now <br />existing or done during construction on the subject <br />property be repaired at full expense to the developer. <br />3. That the developer paY all fees and reimbursements <br />that the property is subject to. <br />
