PLANNING COMMISSION <br />Pleasanton, California <br />RESOLUTION N0. 1151 <br />A resolution of the <br />City of Pleasanton <br />3375. <br />WHEREAS, the application of <br />Mackay Homes, Inc., <br />Tract 3375 has come <br />and, <br />Planning Commission of the <br />approving Tentative Tract <br />MacKay & Somps on behalf of <br />for approval of Tentative <br />before this Commission, <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Pleas an <br />has examined pertinent maps, drawings and <br />documents. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that Tentative Tract 3375 be ap <br />subject to the following conditions: <br />1. That the applicant adhere to the recommenda- <br />tions of the Public Works Department. <br />2. That Mackay Park II (T) (Lot 830), be <br />subdivided into single-family, detached homes <br />in exchange for the developer to comply with <br />Condition No. 4, with the developer responsible <br />for the park fees to be paid to the City. <br />3. That all in-tract easements be granted as <br />public service easements with no reference to <br />specific use. <br />4. That the number, size and location of fire <br />hydrants remain subject to change pending com- <br />pletion of a study of this matter by the Fire <br />Chief. <br />5. That the developer provide all the street <br />lighting facilities necessary to adequately <br />light this street within and adjacent to this <br />tract at the lowest possible cost to the City <br />and in accordance with the method, City owned <br />or P.G. & E. owned, that is commonly in use <br />by the City of Pleasanton at the time of <br />approval of the Final Map. <br />6. That electric power distribution and <br />communication service systems be placed totally <br />underground except for pad-mounted transformers <br />and above-ground splicing cabinets where <br />necessary. <br />7. That approval of the sanitary sewer system <br />be withheld until the developer has demonstrate <br />to the satisfaction of the City Engineer that <br />the proposed system is adequate for the service <br />area and generally meets the immediate and <br />long range requirements of the sanitary sewer <br />system in this and all tributary areas. <br />we <br />
