PLANNING COMMISSION Pleasanton, California RESOLUTION N0. 1151 A resolution of the City of Pleasanton 3375. WHEREAS, the application of Mackay Homes, Inc., Tract 3375 has come and, Planning Commission of the approving Tentative Tract MacKay & Somps on behalf of for approval of Tentative before this Commission, WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Pleas an has examined pertinent maps, drawings and documents. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that Tentative Tract 3375 be ap subject to the following conditions: 1. That the applicant adhere to the recommenda- tions of the Public Works Department. 2. That Mackay Park II (T) (Lot 830), be subdivided into single-family, detached homes in exchange for the developer to comply with Condition No. 4, with the developer responsible for the park fees to be paid to the City. 3. That all in-tract easements be granted as public service easements with no reference to specific use. 4. That the number, size and location of fire hydrants remain subject to change pending com- pletion of a study of this matter by the Fire Chief. 5. That the developer provide all the street lighting facilities necessary to adequately light this street within and adjacent to this tract at the lowest possible cost to the City and in accordance with the method, City owned or P.G. & E. owned, that is commonly in use by the City of Pleasanton at the time of approval of the Final Map. 6. That electric power distribution and communication service systems be placed totally underground except for pad-mounted transformers and above-ground splicing cabinets where necessary. 7. That approval of the sanitary sewer system be withheld until the developer has demonstrate to the satisfaction of the City Engineer that the proposed system is adequate for the service area and generally meets the immediate and long range requirements of the sanitary sewer system in this and all tributary areas. we
