PLANNING COMMISSION <br />Pleasanton, California <br />SOLUTION NO. 1156 <br />A resolution of the Planning Commission of the <br />City of Pleasanton approving Tentative Tract <br />Map 3352. <br />WHEREAS, the application of San Ramon Village Company <br /> for Tentative Tract Map 3352 has come before <br /> this Commission, and, <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission did hear pertinent <br /> testimony and reviewed certain maps and <br /> documents, and, <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission did impose certain <br /> conditions on this map. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that T entative Tract Map 3352 <br /> be approved subject to the following conditions: <br />1. That all in-tract easements be granted <br />as public service easements with no reference <br />to specific use. <br />2. That the number, size and location of <br />fire hydrants remain subject to change pending <br />completion of a study of this matter by the <br />Fire Chief. <br />3. That the developer provide all the street <br />lighting facilities necessary to adequately <br />light the streets within and adjacent to this <br />tract at the lowest possible cost to the City. <br />4. That electric power distribution and <br />communication service systems be placed totally <br />underground except for pad-mounted transformers <br />and above-ground splicing cabinets where <br />necessary. If the Director of Public Works <br />finds, upon application by the property owner, <br />that compliance is not feasible or economically <br />justifiable, he shall defer service arrange- <br />ments. <br />5. That approval of the water supply and <br />distribution system be withheld until the <br />developer has demonstrated to the satisfaction <br />of the City Engineer that the proposed system <br />meets both the immediate and long range <br />requirements for supplying water in this area. <br />6. That approval of the sanitary sewer system <br />be withheld until the developer has demonstrated <br />to the satisfaction of the City Engineer that <br />the proposed system is adequate for the service <br />area and generally meets the immediate and long <br />range requirements of the sanitary sewer system <br />in this and all tributary areas. <br />
