PLANNING COMMISSION City of Pleasanton RESOLUTION NO. 1164 A resolution of the Planning Commission of the City of Pleasanton, approving Z-72-11. WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Pleasanton has considered the application of Robert V. Roth for site plan, landscaping and architectural review to allow the con-~ version of an existing residence into an office use. Said residence located in an O(Office) District at 287 Bernal Avenue, Pleasanton, and, WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Pleasanton did review pertinent documents, and testimony. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOL`IED that Z-72-11 be approved subject to following conditions: 1. That the permit is granted for the property as described in the application and any attachments thereto. 2. That a 2x4 redwood header be installed where landscaping abuts asphalt paving. 3. That the applicant provide bumper stops at all parking spaces. 4. That the landscaping plan be adhered to as shown on the submitted plan labeled Exhibit A. 5. That should any exterior remodeling, be desired, the applicant must process through design review prior to issuance of a building permit. 6. That any signing for said use must be reviewed under separate application. 7. That the applicant adhere to the recommendations of the Public Works Depart- ment. 8. That the applicant be made aware that this permit is temporary and shall expire in five (5) years or at the completion of the Civic Center, which ever comes first. 9. That the. property owner dedicate to the City that parcel designated as Parcel 12-1 on Right-of-way Record Map, Bernal Avenue Realignment which was adopted by the Pleasan- ton City Council on July 26, 1972. Dedication should be completed prior to occupancy in the offices. This condition to be worked out between the applicant and the Department of Public Works.
