10. That the property owner dedicate to the <br />City an eight feet wide public service Basemen <br />across the Augustine Street frontage of this <br />property for street trees, utility poles, <br />utility trench, etc. This dedication should <br />be completed prior to occupancy in the offices <br />11. That a detailed site grading and drainage <br />plan be submitted to and approved by the City <br />Engineer prior to issuance of a building permi <br />for this conversion. <br />12. That the street number be posted so as to <br />be easily seen and read from the street at all <br />times, night and day. <br />13. That all electrical outlets must be <br />grounded. <br />14. That the applicant have all plumbing <br />fixtures adequately vented. <br />15. That the applicant replace illegal <br />heater vent. <br />16. That if structural changes are planned <br />within the structure, the changes should be <br />drawn and submitted to the Building Division. <br />17.
