PLANNING COMMISSION <br />Pleasanton, California <br />RESOLUTION N0. 1176 <br />A resolution of the Planning Commission <br />of the City of Pleasanton approving extension <br />of Tentative Tract 3298. <br />WHEREAS, the application of Costanzo-Wilson for <br />extension of Tentative Tract 3298 has <br />come before this Commission, and, <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of <br />Pleasanton has held a hearing on this <br />application and has examined pertinent <br />drawings and testimony. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that Tentative Tract 3298 be extend~d <br />subject to the following conditions: <br />1. That all in-tract easements be granted <br />as public service easements with no reference <br />to specific use. <br />2. That the number, size and location of <br />fire hydrants remain subject to change <br />pending completion of a study of this matter <br />by the Fire Chief. <br />3. That the developer provide all the <br />streets lighting facilities necessary to <br />adequately light the streets within and <br />adjacent to this tract at the lowest <br />possible cost to the City. <br />4. That electric power and distribution <br />and communication service systems be placed <br />totally underground except for pad-mounted <br />transformers and above-ground splicing <br />cabinets where necessary. This would include <br />any overhead facilities existing along <br />Santa Rita Road frontage of this property. <br />This condition to be approved by the appli- <br />cant, P. G. & E. and the City. <br />5. That approval of water supply and <br />distribution system be withheld until the <br />developer has demonstrated to the satisfaction <br />of the City Engineer that the proposed system <br />meets both the immediate and long-range <br />requirements for supplying water in this <br />area. <br />6. That approval of the sanitary sewer <br />system be withheld until the developer <br />has demonstrated to the satisfaction of the <br />City Engineer that the proposed system is <br />adequate for the service and generally meets <br />the immediate and long-range requirements <br />of the sanitary sewer system in this and all <br />tributary areas. <br />
