PLANNING COMMISSION Pleasanton, California RESOLUTION N0. 1176 A resolution of the Planning Commission of the City of Pleasanton approving extension of Tentative Tract 3298. WHEREAS, the application of Costanzo-Wilson for extension of Tentative Tract 3298 has come before this Commission, and, WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Pleasanton has held a hearing on this application and has examined pertinent drawings and testimony. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that Tentative Tract 3298 be extend~d subject to the following conditions: 1. That all in-tract easements be granted as public service easements with no reference to specific use. 2. That the number, size and location of fire hydrants remain subject to change pending completion of a study of this matter by the Fire Chief. 3. That the developer provide all the streets lighting facilities necessary to adequately light the streets within and adjacent to this tract at the lowest possible cost to the City. 4. That electric power and distribution and communication service systems be placed totally underground except for pad-mounted transformers and above-ground splicing cabinets where necessary. This would include any overhead facilities existing along Santa Rita Road frontage of this property. This condition to be approved by the appli- cant, P. G. & E. and the City. 5. That approval of water supply and distribution system be withheld until the developer has demonstrated to the satisfaction of the City Engineer that the proposed system meets both the immediate and long-range requirements for supplying water in this area. 6. That approval of the sanitary sewer system be withheld until the developer has demonstrated to the satisfaction of the City Engineer that the proposed system is adequate for the service and generally meets the immediate and long-range requirements of the sanitary sewer system in this and all tributary areas.
