PLANNING COMMISSION <br />Pleasanton, California <br />RESOLUTION NO. 1282 <br />A resolution of the Planning Commission <br />approving UP-74-2. <br />WHEREAS, the application of Rodney Busk for an <br />extension of a conditional use permit <br />to allow the display of model mobile <br />homes for the purpose of sale at a mobile <br />home park located at 3263 Vineyard Avenue, <br />Pleasanton, property being located in the <br />RM-4 (Multiple Unit Residential) zoning <br />district, has come before this Commission, <br />and, <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of <br />Pleasanton has held a public hearing on <br />this application and has examined pertinent <br />maps, drawings and documents. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Planning Commission of <br />City of Pleasanton does hereby approve <br />said application subject to the following <br />conditions: <br />1. That no on-site advertising, including <br />banners, pinwheels and similar devices be <br />used. <br />2. That the property owner immediately <br />repair the failures in the drainage gutter <br />and paving of Sandia Street and that he <br />maintain all streets and gutters within <br />the Mobile Home Park in good condition. <br />3. That solid six feet high wooden gates <br />be provided on all storage yards. <br />4. That 18 parking spaces, meeting all <br />City standards, be constructed on the north <br />side of Sandia Drive immediately adjacent <br />to trailer spaces A198, A199 and C196 (these <br />spaces are shown on the approved plot plan <br />but they have never been striped and the <br />paving width is not wide enough to accom- <br />modate cars throughout most of this area). <br />5. That all parking spaces throughout the <br />park be bumper stopped. <br />6. That all weeds, rubbish and refuse on <br />the subject property be abated prior to <br />issuance of the conditional use permit. <br />
