7. That the gates at Vineyard Avenue across <br />Montana Drive contain a breakaway section <br />for Fire Department equipment and that the <br />fencing materials be similar in design to <br />the remainder of the fence. <br />8. That this location within the City <br />shall be listed with the Department of Motor <br />Vehicles as the primary point of sale for <br />all new and used mobile homes sold at the <br />park, therefore providing the City with a <br />source of sales tax revenue. <br />9. That no more than 10 new unsold mobile <br />units shall be displayed at any one time. <br />10.
