The staff report and <br />related materials were distributed previously; Council members are requested to bring <br />their materials to tonight's meeting. Attached is the memo from staff dated September <br />4, 2007 which includes revised conditions and related information which was provided <br />at that meeting. Staff will be giving a presentation at tonight's meeting to summarize <br />and provide responses to the main issues and questions raised by Council and <br />members of the public at the September 4th hearing. <br />ii <br />If you would like another copy of the staff report or related materials, please let me <br />know. <br />
