Pleasanton Unified School District et al.). <br /> <br /> Conference with legal counsel regarding arbitration (Signature Properties v. City <br />of Pleasanton). <br /> <br /> Conference with Labor Negotiator, Deborah McKeehan, regarding the <br />Management and Confidential Employees Performance and Compensation Plan. <br /> <br /> Conference with real property negotiator, Deborah McKeehan, concerning the <br />Alameda County Transportation Corridor, including that portion no,ah of Ray Street. The <br />property is owned by the Couuty of Alameda. <br /> <br />1. CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br /> The regular meeting of the City Council was called to order by Mayor Tom Pico <br />at 7:04 p.m. <br /> <br />Mayor Pico led the assembly in the pledge of allegiance. <br /> <br />2. ROLLCALL <br /> <br /> City Clerk Dawn Abrahamson called the roll, which is recorded as follows: <br />Councilmembers present were: Kay Ayala, Steve Brozosky, Jennifer Hosterman, and <br />Mayor Tom Pico.
