Terrasearch, et al. <br /> <br /> Conference with legal counsel regarding potential litigation involving Signature <br />Properties concerning the Vineyard Avenue Roadway Improvements, PUD Conditions <br />for the Ruby Hill Project and Acceptance of Public Improvements within the Ruby Hill <br />Subdivision. <br /> <br /> Conference with legal counsel concerning potential litigation arising out of City's <br />approval/denial of the CUP for California Splash, LLC. <br /> <br />1. CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br /> The adjourned regular meeting of the City Council was called to order by Mayor <br />Tom Pico at 7:01 p.m. <br /> <br />2. ROLLCALL <br /> <br /> City Clerk Dawn Abrahamson called the roll, which is recorded as follows: <br />Councilmembers present were Kay Ayala, Steve Brozosky, Matt Campbell, Jennifer <br />Hosterman, and Mayor Tom Pico. Staffmembers present were: Deborah McKeehan, <br />City Manager; Michael Roush, City Attorney; Dawn Abrahamson, City Clerk; Brian <br />Swift, Director of Planning and Community Development; Rob Wilson, Director of <br />Public Works; and Tim Neal, Chief of Police. <br /> <br />Mayor Pico led the assembly in the pledge of allegiance. <br /> <br />Pleasanton City Council 1 03/23/04 <br />Minutes <br /> <br /> <br />
