MINUTES <br /> OF THE <br /> MEETING <br /> OF THE <br />PLEASANTON CITY COUNCIL <br /> <br />May 7, 2002 <br /> <br />6:00 CLOSED SESSION <br /> <br /> Conference with Labor Negotiator Deborah McKeehan regarding the Pleasanton City <br />Employees Association. <br /> <br />Conference with legal counsel regarding settlement of pending claim of Ralph Likens. <br /> <br /> Conference with Real Property Negotiator Deborah McKeehan regarding potential <br />acquisition of real property for the proposed Happy Valley Golf Course (Del Arroz, Jensen, <br />Jordan, and Manning) and right-of-way and conservation easements (Adams, Koopmann, <br />Mortensen, and Spotomo). <br /> <br /> Conference with Real Property Negotiator Deborah McKeehan concerning the <br />acquisition of right-of-way along Vineyard Avenue regarding the Lin, Hahner, RMS Lonestar <br />and Simoni properties. <br /> <br />1. CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br /> The regular meeting of the City Council was called to order by Mayor Tom Pico at 7:05 <br />p.m. <br /> <br /> Councilmember Campbell led the assembly in the pledge of allegiance. He welcomed <br />everyone to the Council meeting and commented that the first Downtown Association "First <br />Wednesday" event was a great success. He was looking forward to a great Spring and Summer <br />full of fun events. <br /> <br />2. ROLL CALL <br /> <br /> City Clerk Peggy Ezidro called the roll, which is recorded as follows: Councilmembers <br />present were Kay Ayala, Matt Campbell, Becky Dennis, Sharrell Michelotti, and Mayor Tom <br />Pico.
