She presented a <br /> rd <br />proclamation regarding the 83 anniversary of DeMolay. <br /> <br />2. ROLLCALL <br /> <br /> City Clerk Peggy Ezidro called the roll, which is recorded as follows: Councilmembers <br />present were Kay Ayala, Matt Campbell, Becky Dennis, Sharrell Michelotti, and Mayor Tom <br />Pico. Staff members present were: Deborah McKeehan, City Manager; Michael Roush, City <br />Attorney; Brian Swift, Director of Planning and Community Development; Randall A. Lum, <br />Director of Public Works; JerTy Iserson, Principal Planner; and Gail Gilpin, Economic <br />Development Manager. <br /> <br />3.
