MINUTES <br /> OF THE <br /> MEETING <br /> OF THE <br />PLEASANTON CITY COUNCIL <br /> <br />February 19, 2002 <br /> <br />1. CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br /> The regular meeting of the City Council was called to order by Mayor Tom Pico at 7:04 <br />p.m. <br /> <br /> Councilmember Ayala led the assembly in the pledge of allegiance. Ms. Ayala <br />announced that the City of Pleasanton Civic Arts Brochure had won an award at a recent <br />conference in Los Angeles and the City will be awarded a trophy. She acknowledged Business <br />Communications, Sierra Graphics and A and M Printing for their assistance in producing the <br />brochure. She encouraged people to attend civic events and related some of those forthcoming <br />events. She also indicated there is a brochure specifically for teen-related events and related a <br />few of those as well. <br /> <br />2. ROLL CALL <br /> <br /> City Clerk Peggy Ezidro called the roll, which is recorded as follows: Councilmembers <br />present were Kay Ayala, Matt Campbell, Becky Dennis, Sharrell Michelotti, and Mayor Tom <br />Pico. Staffmembers present were: Deborah McKeehan, City Manager; Michael Roush, City <br />Attorney; Brian Swift, Director of Planning and Community Development; Randall A.
