Accepted public improvements for annual slurry seal of various City streets, Project No. 005004. (SR 02:046) Adopted Resolution No. 02-018, changing the name of Bradley Drive to Tom Bumett Lane. (SR 02:040) PUD-89-21-5M, The Preserve Homeowners Association Application for a minor modification to the approved Planned Unit Development (PUD- 89-21) governing the 100-lot Preserve subdivision to modify the grading, retaining wall, and accessory structure setback regulations on the private lots of the development. (IR 02:006) No action was required or taken on this item. Awarded contract to Premier COMP Medical Group to provide physician-based wellness and fitness testing for the Livermore-Pleasanton Fire Department and authorized the City Manager to execute the contract.
