CLOSED SESSION <br /> <br /> Conference with legal counsel regarding pending litigation, City of Pleasanton v. State <br />Water Control Board, et al. <br /> <br />1. CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br /> The regular meeting of the City Council was called to order by Mayor Tom Pico at 7:00 <br />p.m. <br /> <br /> Councilmember Ayala led the assembly in the pledge of allegiance. She encouraged <br />citizens to participate in the Civic Arts programs set forth in the most recent brochure. She <br />briefly mentioned some of the performers that are scheduled. <br /> <br />2. ROLL CALL <br /> <br /> City Clerk Peggy Ezidro called the roll, which is recorded as follows: Councilmembers <br />present were Kay Ayala, Matt Campbell, Becky Dennis, Sharrell Michelotti, and Mayor Tom <br />Pico. Staff members present were: Deborah McKeehan, City Manager; Michael Roush, City <br />Attorney; Steven Bocian, Deputy City Manager; Brian Swift, Director of Planning and <br />Community Development; Gail Gilpin, Economic Vitality Manager; and James W. Wolfe, <br />Director of Parks and Community Services. <br /> <br />3. AGENDA AMENDMENTS <br /> <br /> Item 6f, PUD-98-07-01, Applied Biosystems, and Item 6g, PUD-99-1-2M, Mardel LLC, <br />were continued to December 4, 2001.
